How to register iPoint Member?
STEP 01:
Login to iPoint website at http://www.ipoint.com.my, click on “NON-MEMBER SIGN UP” to enter into the registration page.
STEP 02:
When you enter the BECOME A MEMBER page, read through the explanation of iPoint Membership, and click on “I AM NOT A MEMBER & I DON’T HAVE ANY GAME ID” to continue.
STEP 03:
You will be sent to MEMBER’S AGREEMENT page. Read through and understand the agreement and scroll down to click “AGREE” button. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions listed in the agreement, click “DISAGREE” to end the registration.
STEP 04:
In Basic Member Information page; click on “Check Availability” button and enter the iPoint member ID that you wish to register. This step is to make sure your desire ID is usable. After this, fill in all the information in the columns and click “Next” button to proceed. You are required to fill in real information for you to enjoy more service s in future.

STEP 05:
While you are in Advance Details page, select and fill in all the columns, click “Next” button to proceed.

STEP 06:
Double check your registered information in Confirmation of Details page. Click on the “Confirm” button to confirm the registration; if you wish to modify your information, click “Member Page” to return to STEP01.
STEP 07:
After you have completed your registration, a message “Your application for Member ID is successful” will be shown and you will be sent to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” page.

How to reload iPoint Reload Card into my iPoint account?
STEP 01:
Login to iPoint website at http://www.ipoint.com.my, click on “ iPoint MEMBER LOGIN” to enter into the registration page.
STEP 02:
Enter your iPoint member ID and Password in the column. Click “Confirm” to proceed.
STEP 03:
You will be sent to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” page, click on the “RELOAD iPoint Card” button which can be found at left hand side to proceed.
STEP 04:
You will be sent to iPoint Reload Agreement page. Read through and understand the agreement and scroll down to click “AGREE” button. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions listed in the agreement, click “DISAGREE” to end the reload process.
STEP 05:
At Reloading iPoint Card page, enter iPoint Reload Card Serial Number and iPoint Reload Card Password in the column, select “Confirm” button to proceed.

STEP 06:
When the page is processing the transaction, please do not press the Refresh button to avoid any failure.
STEP 07:
iPoint Reloaded Successfully message will be shown if the iPoint Card has been reloaded into your account. Click “Member Service” will return to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” at STEP 03.

Register a NEW Account for RO Monthly Server (Sara)
STEP 01:
Login to iPoint website at http://www.ipoint.com.my, click on “ iPoint MEMBER LOGIN” .
STEP 02:
Enter your iPoint member ID and Password in the column. Click “Confirm” to proceed.
STEP 03:
You will be sent to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” page, click on the “RO Monthly Server ID Management” icon to proceed.
STEP 04:
Click on “Apply for New Game Account” button to proceed.
STEP 05:
In Apply Game ID page, select Game “RO Monthly Server” and click on the “Confirm” button to proceed.
STEP 06:
Click “ID Check” button to make sure your new Game ID has not been used by other. Fill in the Game Password and Confirm Password, Gender and EMail. Click “Confirm” button to proceed.
Click “Reset” to clear all the data and enter again.
Attention:
Gender will decide the character gender of your new Game ID.
Your E-Mail is required when you need to delete your character.
STEP 07:
After you have completed your registration, a register successful message will be shown.
Select “Member Service Page” to return to STEP 03.
Select “Continue to Apply Other IDs” to return to STEP 05.

Integrate OLD Account of RO Monthly Server (Sara) into iPoint Member
STEP 01:
Login to iPoint website at http://www.ipoint.com.my, click on “ iPoint MEMBER LOGIN” .
STEP 02:
Enter your iPoint member ID and Password in the column. Click “Confirm” to proceed.
STEP 03:
You will be sent to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” page, click on the “RO Monthly Server ID Management” icon to proceed.
STEP 04:
Click on “Integrate Game ID” button to proceed.
STEP 05:
In I want to Integrate My Other Game ID page, select Game Type “RO Monthly Server”; enter your Game Member Account ID and Game Member Password. Click on the “Confirm” button to proceed.
STEP 06:
You will be sent to Integrate Game ID Successful page once your transaction is completed.
If you want to integrate another game account to iPoint member, select “Game ID Integration” to return to STEP 05.
Select “Member Service Page” to return to STEP 03.
STEP 07:
Return to Member Service Page, you will see the integrated RO Monthly Server Game Account is under your iPoint Member ID now.

Reload iMall for RO Month Server (Sara) with iPoint
STEP 01:
Login to iPoint website at http://www.ipoint.com.my, click on “ iPoint MEMBER LOGIN” .
STEP 02:
Enter your iPoint member ID and Password in the column. Click “Confirm” to proceed.
STEP 03:
You will be sent to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” page, click on the “RO Monthly Server ID Management” icon to proceed.
STEP 04:
At Member Service Page, your iPoint balance will be shown at top left. Follow the instructions: Select the Game Type “RO Monthly Server”, Game Account “Your Game Account” and Service Type “iPoint Transfer iMall”.
STEP 05:
After the 3 options mentioned above had been selected, iPoint Transfer Menu will appear. Make sure the iPoint Member, Game Name (RO Monthly Server), Game Account ID, Current iPoint are all correct.
Enter amount of iPoint that you wish to transfer to iMall and click on “Confirm” button to proceed.
Attention:
1. Minimum point for every iPoint Transfer is 50 iPoints.
2. iPoint will be transferred to iMall with 1:1 ratio.
STEP 06:
Double check your iPoint Member, Game Name (RO Monthly Server), Game Account ID, Current iPoint, RO iMall, iPoint after Transfer. Tick on the agreement and select “Confirm” to transfer iPoint to iMall.
STEP 07:
After the transaction is successful, message below will be shown.

Roload RO Card (Monthly/Daily/Point Card) in iPoint
STEP 01:
Login to iPoint website at http://www.ipoint.com.my, click on “ iPoint MEMBER LOGIN” .
STEP 02:
Enter your iPoint member ID and Password in the column. Click “Confirm” to proceed.
STEP 03:
You will be sent to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” page, click on the “RO Monthly Server ID Management” icon to proceed.
STEP 04:
At Member Service Page, Follow the instructions: Select the Game Type “RO Monthly Server”, Game Account “Your Game Account” and Service Type “Reload RO Card”.
STEP 05:
Enter your RO Game Account Password and choose “Agree” button to verify.
STEP 06:
Read and understand rules and regulation and “Agree” button to proceed.
STEP 07:
Choose the type of reload function you prefer:
Tick “In Game” to reload into the game. Reload Monthly Card for 30 days unlimited game access or Point/Daily Card for every 20 points enables 12 hours unlimited game access.
Tick “iMall” to reload into iMall. However only 150 Points Card is eligible to reload into iMall with 1:1 ratio.
STEP 08:
Enter the Serial No and Password of the RO Reload Card in the column and choose “Agree” button to proceed.
STEP 09:
Upon reload is successful, you will be notified with the remaining point and valid days to access the game.

Check Account Balance through iPoint website
STEP 01:
Login to iPoint website at http://www.ipoint.com.my, click on “ iPoint MEMBER LOGIN” .
STEP 02:
Enter your iPoint member ID and Password in the column. Click “Confirm” to proceed.
STEP 03:
You will be sent to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” page, click on the “RO Monthly Server ID Management” icon to proceed.

STEP 04:
At Member Service Page, Follow the instructions: Select the Game Type “RO Monthly Server”, Game Account “Your Game Account” and Service Type “Balance Inquiry”.
STEP 05:
Enter the password of your Game Account and choose “Agree“ to proceed.
STEP 06:
It will display the balance upon verification is successful.

Change password of RO Account through iPoint Website
STEP 01:
Login to iPoint website at http://www.ipoint.com.my, click on “ iPoint MEMBER LOGIN” .
STEP 02:
Enter your iPoint member ID and Password in the column. Click “Confirm” to proceed.
STEP 03:
You will be sent to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” page, click on the “RO Monthly Server ID Management” icon to proceed.
STEP 04:
At Member Service Page, Follow the instructions: Select the Game Type “RO Monthly Server”, Game Account “Your Game Account” and Service Type “Modify Password”.
STEP 05:
Enter your Game Account Password and Email (used to delete character), choose “Agree” to proceed
STEP 06:
Enter your Game Account current Old Password, New Password and New Password conformation to change the password of your account.

Check password of RO Account through iPoint Website
STEP 01:
Login to iPoint website at http://www.ipoint.com.my, click on “ iPoint MEMBER LOGIN” .
STEP 02:
Enter your iPoint member ID and Password in the column. Click “Confirm” to proceed.
STEP 03:
You will be sent to “Game Account and iPoint Management Center” page, click on the “RO Monthly Server ID Management” icon to proceed.
STEP 04:
At Member Service Page, Follow the instructions: Select the Game Type “RO Monthly Server”, Game Account “Your Game Account” and Service Type “Password Inquiry”.
STEP 05:
Enter your registered ID Number and Email (used to delete character), choose “Agree” to proceed.
STEP 06:
Your password will be displayed upon verification is successful.
