| AGREEMENT

If
you are unable to agree to any of the following terms and conditions,
you are requested to stop using our services immediately.

| 1.
First-time users must fill in all required fields with up-to-date
and accurate information during registration. Should the information
provided are inaccurate or found to be use by other users, we reserve
the right to terminate your membership and other privileges. Any
changes to the information after registration should be made known
by updating you profile in the official website. We shall not be
liable for any damages done due to incomplete or inaccurate information.
Consumer has to responsible by his own risk. |
2. To maintain a peaceful and healthy gaming environment, you agree
to abide the rules and regulations as well as penalties implied
due to the violation of the said rules and regulations. |
3. User account responsibilities and limitations
- Upon joining the game servers, the user will be verified according
to his/her account and password.
- Users are responsible for their own account and password. We will
not be liable for damages caused by improper handling of the account
and password on the user's part. Keep your account and password
properly to avoid any loss.
- We will not be liable for information leakage or damages on the
user's own computer caused by hackers.
- The user must understand that once a credit reload card has been
scratched and the credits have been loaded into his/her account,
it means that the user is ready to spend it. The credits are neither
transferable nor refundable.
- When we fail to receive your credits either via credit card or
cash, the user agrees that we reserve to right to suspend the account
involved, until we have confirmed your payment, after which we will
reactivate your account. |
4. Services and limitations:
- The user must use the client program provided by our company.
We will reserve the right to place restrictions on your account
if you use any other illegal programs.
- We reserve the right to terminate the user's account if we suspect
the user of attacking our servers and our suspicions are confirmed.
- Should the user cause any damages or lost of money to him /her
or other users, the user himself/herself shall be held responsible.
- Should the user wish to trade their equipments, characters or
any other virtual materials in real life, we are not responsible
for any disputes that might arise from such activities.
- All items, characters and game saving of [Ragnarok Online] are
the properties of our company. Should the server refuse to save
games progress due to storage overload, the user agrees to allow
us to restart the server, which restores the game to the point before
the overload occurred.
- Our company does not provide the service of altering character
IDs and/or character gender. |
5. System services declaration:
- We are not liable for any mistakes, disconnections or game progress
anomalies caused by incompetence of the ISP.
- We are not liable for any claims of compensation for damages caused
any natural disasters, non-human factors or events that are beyond
our control.
- During equipment maintenance or changes, the user agrees to allow
us to relocate his/her account and relevant game files, and the
user promise to co-operate and make the appropriate adjustments. |
6. Should our online services become unavailable, it is due to one
or more of the following reasons:
- Periodical maintenance or reparation, updating software and hardware,
which leads to suspension of services. We will try our best to complete
the jobs and resume our services as soon as possible.
- Any kind of damages inflicted to our servers, rendering our servers
incapable to normal operation.
- Network congestion or any factors which causes the servers to
lag.
- Unavoidable factors such as natural disasters.
- Users exploiting the game's program to serve his/her own ends
that caused a seriously biased game, we reserve the right to suspend
our services for restore the game back to normal. |
7. Illegal names concerning the display
of used ID, character name, team name, pet name, union name, union
logo and other information in the Ragnarok Online gaming environment:
- Names of known political figures or leaders, name of illegitimate
organization figures.
- Names of any known political parties, civilian organizations or
community organizations.
- Impersonating game official representatives or game masters.
- Cult, superstitious names.
- Names that hint at sexual matters.
- Names that contain obscene phrases.
- Names that hints to insult others.
- Names that are anti-social or violates any National security laws.
- Copyrighted names or trademark of third-party.
- Names that contains unfounded rumour.
- Names that use special characters that cannot be understood by
the game servers hence causing the name to be unreadable by other
players.
- Using illegal characters for union names, character names, pet
names and team names. (Characters excluding Bahasa Melayu, English,
Arabic numbers and characters found on the keypad, are all illegal.)
- If violation of the above rules have been discovered and confirmed
including the use of illegal names or similar sounding words, the
involved user will be penalized accordingly.

8. Rules and Regulations concerning messaging communications in
the game:
Users are required to abide to national laws, rules and restrictions,
to maintain public safety and order and to uphold a healthy culture
and moral principles. The following elements are prohibited in any
messaging communications, and are punishable if violated:
- To go against the basic principles as decreed by the national
constitution.
- To openly criticize the nation.
- Threatening the nation's authority and territory.
- Political discussions.
- Conversations with speak criminal activities or to instruct an
act of crime.
- Contains cult, religious and superstitious elements.
- Threatening public civility and order.
- Intentionally instigating ethnical disputes, damaging community
unity and tradition.
- Threatening social peace, social order and hurting public moral.
- Advocating adultery, gambling, cruelty and insults or obscene
content.
- Contents that damages individual reputation or harms a particular
important of individual's.
- Covertly attempting to harm other users or violating human rights.
- Provoking online officials with abusive language and obscene phrases.
Insulting and threatening other users.
- Content concerning real-life business. |
9. While we provide the service, should the user make use of our
service for the purpose not covered by our original service conditions,
he/she must observe the following activities which are strictly
prohibited:
- Harassing and threatening other users, hence hindering their gaming
activity.
- Claiming oneself as a [Ragnarok Online] official or corporate
representative.
- We reserve the right to take legal action should the user tamper
with the [Ragnarok Online] client program, hack the servers or alter
our website without our permission.
- Using the game or website to advertise or sell products from other
companies.
- Using the game or website to trade contraband, either secretly
or openly. Activities that are illegal in nature are also prohibited.
- Using the game or website to publicize confidential material,
including confidential materials from real life, both which violates
the privacy principle in general.
- Explicit act of prejudice towards a particular ethnic, religion,
gender or any other extremist behavior, including forming unions
or organization to serve such purposes.
- Using the game or website to trade accounts or game related materials
that involve actual transaction of physical cash.
- Exploiting the game's bugs to serve own ends or hindering gaming
activities of other users.
- Using third party software, accelerations software or any software,
or know as external programs, that may hamper the game server's
capability to operate normally. Violators will be stripped of their
privileges and we reserve the right to take legal action against
the user.
- Publishing materials without the consent of the copyright owner,
thus provoking copyright disputes on the website.
- Intruding, Intercepting, sabotage and altering the game program,
or advocating, auctioning and using any illegal external programs.
Once our officials have confirmed such acts, the involved user's
account shall be terminated. |
10. Important matters concerning [Ragnarok Online] and all relevant
materials which user need to follow. (Users who abide to these policies
or face the risk of account termination):
- The user cannot claim ownership to the game. When the user expresses
his/her agreement to the terms and conditions of using the software,
he/she is endowed with only the right to use the game instead of
owning the game.
- The game must not be used for commercial purposes with out our
consent.
- Users must not violate the intellectual property of third party.
- Users must not flood the channel by repeating words or questions
to gain attention.
- Users are prohibited from exploiting the game's bug to sabotage
the game's balance, harming the interests of other users or invoking
game anomalies that were not in the original game design, causing
the game to be played under abnormal circumstances.
- Users are required to adhere to the terms and conditions under
this agreement, and shall not cause harm to other company's reputation
or instigating eminent obstruction against their business operations.
- Users should have comprehensive understanding of the terms and
condition and adhere to them when using account facilities and other
services provided by us. Any violation to the said agreement or
harm to our company's reputation will trigger a thorough investigation
and possible termination of the involved user's account.
- Users must never use their name or conversation, be it online
or real life, to imply the impression that he/she is a official
representative, to cheat, swindle and spread rumor. Should our Game
Masters or customer service's staffs ascertain that a particular
name of a character, team or union would cause supervisory difficulties,
harm or damages in any form, we reserve the right to legal inquisition,
and may terminate the involved account as we see fit. |
11. Service and supervision scope of Game Master.
- Game Master (number of GM will be announced at our web site) is
responsible for supervising and reporting unusual events as well
as maintaining a smooth gaming environment. The Game Master is also
authorized to check the users' online record for abnormal activities
and taking appropriate actions towards accounts or IDs that violate
the rules.
- To protect the user's interest, should the Game Master require
the co-operation of the user for the purpose of ensuring no illegitimate
activities are being carried out, the user is obliged to fulfill
the Game Master's request in order to protect his/her own interest.
- The Game Master will never inquire the user about password through
the phone online or electronic mail. The user is responsible of
keeping his/her own password to oneself and never disclose it to
other people.
- The Game Master will only answer to the following inquiries through
the phone or online:
a. Game instructions that are not explicitly explained in the user
manual or the official website.
b. Receiving comments and critics as well as bugs found in the game.
c. Individual problems concerning the inability to execute the game.
d. Reports or discoveries of external program users.
e. Irritate or perturbing other users.
f. Online notification of public announcements regarding the game
or official matters.
g. Regular or non-regular online activities.
- The Game Master is not responsible in resolving disputes, missions,
puzzle-solving, giving away in-game items or money, assisting the
user's training, answering non-game related questions, providing
account information of other users, explains the company's operations,
discussing politics or any relevant topics.
- We reserve the right to take legal action against any act of verbal-abuse,
defamation and personal-attacks towards the staff either through
the phone or online. |
12.From time to time, there would be changes towards the servers (including Game servers, Registration and Website servers) provided by Game Flier:
- Server changes would include Relocation of the Server(s), Termination of Server(s) Operation, Merge of Servers, Change of Server(s) Game Settings and any other related modification towards the servers as decided by Game Flier or Gravity.
- If the user continues with the game play, the user had acknowledged and considered willingly to agree to follow the current implementation without any arguments.
- User also acknowledges that during such implementation of Server Changes, there may be downtime due to technical necessity and agree that Game Flier reserves the right not to compensate or refund the user. - User is also obligated to follow any relevant additional Server Change rules and or agreement not stated here but added or updated in our official website(s) from time to time. |
13. Should any user violate the law in terms of activity, choice of words and other relevant fields, we reserve the right to terminate the said user's account without prior notice. |
14. The terms and conditions outlined in this document are applicable
to users of [Ragnarok Online] as well as actions, comments, activities
and services relevant to this game. Should any of the terms and
conditions in the above context become ineffective, it will not
affect the other terms and conditions. If the text in these documents
contradicts with local laws and regulations, then local laws and
regulations will be referred to resolve the contradiction. |
15. We reserve the right to redefine and change terms and conditions
without prior notice. As changes are made, users will be notify
through our official website. If the user does not agree with the
terms and conditions after the changes, he/she is requested to cease
using our software and services immediately. If the user continues
to use our software and services then he/she is assumed to agree
to our revised terms and conditions and pledge to abide to them.
