3. Login ID & Server
4. Name of characters in the server (e.g. ~* Sh|n Ch@n *~)
5. Base level of the character(s)
6. Description of problem including time it happened; which equipment, skill, item or map that     is affected and any other related information

Please take screenshot of the bug by using 'PrintScrn/SysRq' key on your keyboard.
Then send the screenshot (in JPEG format) attached in the e-mail to robugreport@mail.gameflier.com.my
